云南省财政支农资金使用效果的实证研究

摘　　要：利用1978~2006年云南省财政支农支出的相关数据,构建财政支农资金使用效益的回归分析评价模型,对云南省财政支持农业的资金使用效益进行实证研究。在此基础上,提出了优化和提升云南省财政支农资金使用效果的建议。Based on the data of finance expenditure supporting agriculture from 1978 to 2006 in Yunnan Province,the regression analysis evaluation model for the use benefit of financial supporting funds for agriculture was established.The use benefit of financial supporting funds for agriculture was analyzed.The suggestions for optimizing and improving the use benefit were put forward.
