摘　　要：健华图书馆是一种新型乡镇公共图书馆,是为贫困地区的农民提供文化学习娱乐,获取知识信息的场所。它在遵义县的建立与发展,对当地的精神文明建设发挥了重要作用,提高了当地农民的科学文化素质,帮助他们走上脱贫致富的道路。Jianhual Library is a new kind of rural public library that provides cultural, educational and entertainment services for peasants in poor regions to gain knowledge and information. The establishment and development of this kind of library in Zunyi County has played an important role in the local construction of spiritual civilization, has enhanced the local peasants＇ quality of science and culture, as well as helping them become rich.
