摘  要:用永磁体磁链变化率矩阵来计算反电势,改善了因用梯形波代替反电势波形带来的误差,通过建立一台30 kW六相无刷直流电动机的数学模型,用Matlab语言编制状态方程仿真程序,准确地对电机空载特性及突加负载等动态过程进行性能仿真,仿真结果与有限元及实验结果相吻合,从而验证了该方法的有效性。Simulink has been widely used in modeling and simulation of dynamical system in recent years,but for multi -phase BLDCMs,there is no ready-made model to use. The change rate of PM linkage was used to calculate the back EMF to meliorate the error caused by the substitution of trapezoidal wave for the back EMF wave. The mathematical model of a 30 kW six-phase BLDCM was established and the state variable simulation was programmed by Matlab language, so the dynamic course such as no-load characteristic and pop-ln load was simulated accurately. The comparison of the results derived from the finite element and the experiment shows that proposed method is effective.
