胸腰椎骨折的GSS-Ⅳ固定改良椎板减压及小关节突间植骨治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨胸腰椎骨折的GSS内固定和改良的减压、植骨方式。方法对26例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的患者,采用后路椎弓根钉系统复位内固定,有限椎板减压以及关节突间植骨的方法进行治疗。结果经过平均12个月随访,神经功能获1~3级恢复,椎体高度和COBB角明显改善,无断钉。结论后路椎弓根钉系统复位内固定,改良椎板减压以及小关节突间植骨是治疗胸腰椎骨折的有效方法,操作简便,创伤小,对脊柱结构破坏小,临床效果好,值得推广。Objective To discuss GSS fractures of thoracolumbar fixation and improved decompression,bone grafting method.Methods 26 patients with thoracolumbar burst fractures used posterior pedicle screw system intermal fixation,limited laminectomy and facet joints between the grafting method of treatment.Results After an average of 12 months of follow-up neurological function was 1~3 level to restore,vertebral body height and COBB angle significantly improved,no broken nails.Conclusion Posterior pedicle screw system,internal fixation,improved laminectomy and facet joint between the bone graft is the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures of the effective method,simple operation,trauma and structural damage to the spinal column is small,the clinical effect is good,worth promoting.
