水囊压迫治疗剖宫产术中大出血的应用体会

摘　　要：目的评估宫腔内水囊压迫治疗剖宫产术中大出血的可行性。方法选择2006年3月~2009年3月行子宫下段剖宫产,术中发生大出血患者106例,常规方法处理无效后,应用宫腔内水囊压迫止血。结果106例患者在12h后取出水囊,阴道流血量明显减少,均无再次大出血发生。止血效率100%。结论宫腔内水囊压迫治疗剖宫产术中大出血效果佳、操作简便、止血迅速,只要掌握好适应证、放置时机、注意术后观察均能取得满意效果。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of water sac compression in the uterus to treat hemorrhea in the low cesarean section.Methods To select 106 examples who hemorrhaged in the cesarean section between Mar.2006 to Mar.2009 in Beidaihe hospital and materal and child health hospital in Qinhuangdao city,after routin handing is inefficient,water sac compression in the uterus was used.Results 106 examples dislodged water sac after using it 12 hours,vaginal bleeding obviously decreased,and hemorrhes did not occour again.All the samples stopped bleeding.Conclusion Water sac compression in the uterus to treat hemorrhage is effective,easy to operate,quick to hemostasis satisfactory results can be achieved by mastering indications are well selected and place time to put and paying attention to postoperative.
