摘  要:研究全摆线齿轮的压力角与其它齿轮设计参数的关系.推导全摆线齿轮的压力角计算公式,选取不同的齿轮设计参数绘制压力角变化曲线,进而找出压力角与模数,齿数和滚圆半径影响关系.全摆线齿轮内外摆线齿廓的滚圆半径相同时,压力角变化曲线与模数无关,只与齿数有关.得出了压力角与其它齿轮设计参数的影响关系,证明了全摆线齿轮应用在内平动齿轮机构的可能性.To investigative the relationship between the pressure angle and other design parameters of the whole cycloidal gear.Deals with the derivation of the pressure angle formula for the whole cycloidal gear in theory,draws the curve of the pressure angle by selecting other design parameters such as modulus,the number of teeth,radius,and finds the relationship between them.The curve of pressure angle has nothing to do with modulus but the number of teeth if the two rolling circle have the same radius.The relationship between the pressure angle and other design parameters of the whole cycloidal gear is found out,and proves the possibility that the whole cycloidal gear can be used in an internal parallel move gear mechanism.It also provides a theoretical fundament for designing incorrectly an internal parallel move whole cycloidal gear.
