摘  要:为探讨化学调控剂的不同施用方式对小麦抗冻性的影响,以半冬性早熟小麦品种西农979为材料,研究了麦巨金、麦业丰、烯效唑三种化学调控剂在拌种与喷施两种施用方式下对小麦形态及生理指标的影响。结果表明,施用化学调控剂能降低小麦的株高,促进小麦干物质的积累,提高叶片叶绿素的含量,提高小麦根系的活力与叶片游离脯氨酸的含量,并降低叶片细胞膜透性(相对电导率)与丙二醛的含量,从而降低细胞的冰点,增强小麦抗冻害的能力,在不同处理中以5 mL.10 kg-1麦业丰拌种处理抗冻效果最佳。In order to investigate the antifreezing effects of different chemical-reagents applications in wheat,the precocious and semi-winter wheat cultivar Xinong 979 were treated by seed dressing and spraying with three chemical reagents,Maijujin、Maiyefeng and uniconazole to prevent low-temperature freezing damage.The results showed that,at the winter growth stage of wheat,the chemical reagents improved the ability of wheat to prevent low-temperature freezing damage,by reducing the wheat plant's height and promoting the accumulation of wheat biomass,increasing chlorophyll content in wheat,enhancing the activity of root vigor of wheat,increased the content of proline,reducing membrane permeability(relative conductivity) and the content of MDA,thus reduced the freezing point of the cells,and improved the capacity of antifreezing.The treatment of 5 mL/10 kg Maiyefeng-seed dressing was the best.
