摘 要:目的:用免疫组织化学方法观察成年雌性大鼠,卵巢摘除组大鼠,卵巢摘除后17beta雌二醇肌肉注射组大鼠的心内神经节血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及变化。方法:免疫组织化学染色。结果:①各组大鼠心内神经节均存在VEGF表达阳性神经细胞;②卵巢摘除组大鼠心内神经节VEGF阳性神经元明显减少,表达明显减弱(P<0.05)。结论:心内神经节细胞表达血管内皮生长因子(VEGF);雌激素可能影响心内神经节VEGF的表达。Objective: To investigate the expression and variance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) immunoreactive neurons in the intracardiac ganglia, comparison was made among normal adult famale ovarieetomized female rats and ovarieetomized female rats that were treated with estrogen(E-2). Methods: Immunohistochemical staining technique was used. Results: VEGF-positive neurons were presented in the in- tracardiac ganglia of these groups, but the number of the VEGF-positive neurons decreased remarkably and their expression reduced obviously in the intracardiac ganglia of ovariectomized female rats(P〈0.05). Conclusion: VEGF was presented in rat intracardiac ganglionic neurons and estrogenl(E-2) might have the capacity regulating the expression of VEGF in intracardiac ganglia.
