摘  要:目的:确定小鱼仙草总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:以乙醇回流提取法提取小鱼仙草总黄酮,采用分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量,以总黄酮提取得率为考察指标,考察溶媒倍数、提取时间和提取次数等因素对小鱼仙草总黄酮提取得率的影响,利用响应面分析法优化提取工艺,确定总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果:小鱼仙草总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:加药材20倍量浓度为70%乙醇,于90℃水浴回流提取3次,每次1.9h。此工艺下小鱼仙草总黄酮的提取得率达8.50%。结论:该工艺提取得率高、操作简便,易于工业化大生产。Objective: To optimize the extraction conditions of flavonoids from Mosla dianthera Maxim.Method: We take the solvent quantity, extraction time and times of extraction as investigation factors to extract the total flavonoids determined by the method of spectrophotometry. The procedure for the extraction was performed with the extraction yield of total flavonoids as the response. Response surface method (RSM) was applied to determine the optimum extraction technology. Results: The optimum extraction condition was as follows, concentration of alcohol 70%, extraction 3 times, 1.9 hours each time, ratio of liquid to solid 20 at 90℃. The extraction rate of flavonoids under this condition was 8. 50%. Conclution. The method to extract flavonoids from Mosla dianthera Maxim is simple and feasible. It can provide the scientific basis for further development of Mosla dianthera Maxim.
