摘　　要：列举葛根素的非常规应用,如抑制组织细胞凋亡和对平滑肌的保护作用,对外周血内皮祖细胞数量和功能的影响,调控骨代谢,治疗突发性耳聋、强直性脊柱炎、肺病、帕金森病及椎-基底动脉缺血等。最后还列举了葛根素的毒副作用。This thesis doesn＇t spread out the regular practice of Puearin, but set out the non-regular practice of Puearin. For example, restrain the apoptosis of the tissue and cell, protect the smooth muscle, affect the number and function of the endothelial progenitor cell in peripheral blood, regular the metabolism of the bones, treat the acute deaf.ankylosing spondylitis ,pulmonary disease.parkinsonism and vertebrobasi- lar ischemia and etc. At last, the thesis also set out the side effects of Puearin.
