摘　　要：心房顿抑是心房颤动转复窦性心律后出现的左心房和左心耳机械功能暂时性的失调,是复律后心房心耳内血栓形成的重要机制。如何有效地防治心房顿抑是心房颤动的研究热点。现就心房顿抑发生机制和治疗的研究进展作一综述。Atrial stunning is a transient abnormality of left atrial and left atrial appendage mechanical function after successful cardioversion of atrial fibrillation. It is an important mechanism of postcardioversion thrombus formation in atria and atrial appendages. The effective prevention and cure of atrial stunning is currently under investigation. This article summarizes current research of the mechanism and therapy of atrial stunning.
