摘　　要：随着B型利钠尿肽在指导心力衰竭的诊断、治疗及预后;评估二尖瓣狭窄、房室间隔缺损程度;评价急性冠状动脉综合征的危险分层以及预测心肌梗死的面积、病死率、致残率等方面的应用价值已日趋达成共识,其在心律失常的应用也逐渐成为研究热点,但B型利钠尿肽在心律失常中应用的相关论述较少,现就B型利钠尿肽在心律失常方面的应用进展进行综述。The B-type natriuretic peptides are brain natriuretic peptide and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide. Increasingly, these are being used as biomarkers for the diagnosis, management and prognostication of cardiac failure. However, their application for cardi- ac arrhythmias is unclear. This review presents the current understanding of the role of B-type natriuretic peptides both in predicting cardiac arrhythmias and evaluating the efficiency of treatments, and then makes clinical recommendations as to their use in treatment.
