摘　　要：晚期糖基化终产物受体属于细胞表面分子免疫球蛋白超家族中的一个新成员,可与多种配体结合后影响细胞内信号传导、刺激细胞因子释放等从而发挥其生物学效应。已知晚期糖基化终产物受体在糖尿病并发症、心血管疾病、神经系统疾病、肿瘤等疾病中起重要作用。现主要综述其在心血管疾病中的作用。The receptor for advanced glycation endproducts is a member of the immunoglobulin supeffamily. The receptor for advanced glycation endproducts binds to multiple ligands and exerts its effects by affecting intraeellular signal transduction and stimulating the secretion of eytokines. The receptor for advanced glycation endproducts plays an important role in diabetic complications, cardiovascular diseases, neurological diseases, tumors, and more. This review focuses on its influence on cardiovascular diseases.
