摘  要:以新棉33B光子为材料,经赤霉素、缩节胺、维生素B6、萘乙酸、水杨酸、高分子吸水树脂、海藻酸钾和清水浸种、晾干处理,在0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%NaC l胁迫下进行发芽试验,测其发芽势、发芽率。至发芽12 d后,测定棉苗主根长、株高及根、茎和子叶的干重。结果表明:150 mg/L缩节胺、50 mg/L赤霉素、20 mg/L维生素B6和25 mg/L萘乙酸处理对棉花种子发芽和幼苗生长均具有明显的促进作用,其中以25 mg/L萘乙酸处理效果最好。50 mg/L赤霉素处理明显提高了株高,150 mg/L缩节胺和20 mg/L维生素B6处理的棉花种子活力、抗盐性明显提高。The delinted seeds of cotton variety Xinmian 33B soaked with different concentration solu- tions of GA3, DPC, Vitamin B6, NAA, salicylic acid, super absorbent polymer, potassium alginate and water respectively for 12 hours and then air - dried were used as the materials to determine the germination vigor and germination rate under the stress of 0, 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6% of NaC1 respectively. The main root length, plant height and dry weight of roots, stems and leaves were also measured on the 12th day after germination. The results showed that the treatments with 150 mg/L of DPC, 50 mg/L of GA3,20 mg/L of Vitamin B6 and 25 mg/L of NAA promoted the seed germination and the seedling growth, moreover, the treatment with 25 mg/L of NAA was the best. Meanwhile, the treatment with 50 mg/L of GA3 obviously increased the seedling height, and the treatments with 150 mg/L of DPC and 20 mg/L of Vitamin B6 apparently increased the germi- nation vigor and the salt resistance.
