摘  要:生态地理因子对蛙类虹彩病毒带毒率的影响目前还缺少定量研究,为了确定东北林蛙虹彩病毒带毒率与生态地理因子之间的关系,对黑龙江省小兴安岭、完达山和张广才岭的鹤北、东方红和阿城等7个地区进行了实地调查,对采样地点的经纬度、海拔、气温等生态地理因子进行测量,并对东北林蛙带毒率进行PCR检测确认;林蛙虹彩病毒带毒率与生态地理因子之间的关系进行皮尔逊相关性分析。结果表明,21个采样点的生态地理因子对东北林蛙虹彩病毒带毒率的影响不显著,但其中气温的影响高于其他因子。值得注意的是,张广才岭山系的经度、纬度、温度对林蛙虹彩病毒带毒率影响显著,这可能是因为在小兴安岭和完达山的某些非生态地理因子对该地区林蛙虹彩病毒带毒率的影响超过了所研究的生态地理因子,生态地理因子已经不是影响林蛙虹彩病毒带毒率的主要原因。Correlation of eco-geographical factors and the infectious ratios of iridovirus in Rana Dybowski in 7 regions in Heilongjiang Province,including Hebei,Dongfanghong and Acheng,were studied.21 eco-geographical factors,including latitude, longitude,altitude,temperature and other factors were measured and infectious ratio of the virus were determined by PCA assay.Results of the correlation analysis revealed that no significant correlation were detected,while the impact of temperature was higher than other factors,with the exception that the correlation of the longitude,latitude,temperature and the infectious ratio of the virus in Zhaugguangcai Mountains was significant,possible due to some non-geographical factors.In such condition,eco-geographical factors were no longer the influencing factor.
