摘　　要：[目的]介绍后腹腔镜根治性肾输尿管切除术常见的术后并发症的护理经验。[方法]2003年10月—2007年10月26例肾盂或输尿管移行细胞癌病人在我院行后腹腔镜根治性肾输尿管切除术,通过回顾分析总结对术后并发症有效的护理措施。[结果]本组手术平均时间200min;平均出血量80mL;手术并发症包括1例下腔静脉属支损伤和1例胸膜损伤,无一例中转开放手术,术后均顺利康复出院。[结论]加强对后腹腔镜下根治性肾输尿管切除术病人术后常见并发症观察及采取正确有效的护理措施,可减少并发症不利影响,促进病人顺利康复。Objective： To introduce nursing experiences of common postoperative complications of patients after accepting retroperitoneoscopic radical nephroureterectomy. Methods：A total of 26 patients with renal pelvic or ureteral transitional cell carcinoma from October 2003 to October 2007 had accepted retroperitoneoscopic radical nephrouretereetomy. Effective nursing measures for postoperative complications of all cases have been retrospectively analyzed. Results：In this study, the mean operating time was 200 minutes,and the mean blood loss was 80ml. Operative complications included the branch of inferior vena cava injury （1 case） and pleura injury （1 case）. None needed to be changed to open surgery. All patients were recovered and discharged. Conclusion： To strengthen the observation of common postoperative complications for patients after accepting retroperitoneoscopic radical nephroureterectomy and to adopt correct and effective nursing measures may decrease complications and promote recovery of patients.
