摘　　要：[目的]探讨护理干预对PICC置管成功率的影响。[方法]将2008年1月—2009年6月行PICC置管的235例病人作为干预组,对其实施护理干预措施:认真做好穿刺前血管的评估,对高危病人采取针对性干预措施。与未实施干预的210例对照组比较。[结果]穿刺成功率干预组高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]实施护理干预能提高PICC置管成功率。Objective： To probe into the influence of nursing interventions on the achievement ratio of PICC for patients. Methods. A total of 235 patients accepting PICC from January 2008 to June 2009 received nursing intervention as test group. That was to assess blood vessels before PICC and to give intervention measure for high risk patients. They were compared with the other 210 cases of patients without nursing interventions. Results： The achievement ratio for patients with PICC in lest group was higher than that in control group. There was statistical significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions. Nursing interventions could enhance the achievement ratio for patient accepting PICC.
