摘  要:温州世界贸易中心由塔楼和裙房组成,其中塔楼为69层钢筋混凝土超高层建筑,结构高度接近278m,建筑高度333.33m。由于结构两部分地下室是连为一体的,而基础岩层厚度和高低变化较大,通过加深基桩进入强风化基岩的深度,使单桩承载力与持力层为中风化基岩的基桩承载力相近,达到控制整体建筑物均匀沉降的目的。上部结构底部为框架核心筒,上部为筒中筒,采用分支柱的结构过渡形式,达到竖向结构均匀过渡。Wenzhou World Trade Center is composed of tower and podium.The tower is a 69-stories super high-rise building which was built by reinforcement concrete,and its height is 333.33m.The structural design was introduced.The basement of the two parts is a whole and the situation of ground base is complex.Bored-piles penetrated into strongly weathered rock were deeper than those located on medium weather rock,so as to achieve uniform bearing capacity to control the settlement of the whole building.Branch-columns were employed for structural transfer and no outriggers were needed to increase lateral rigidity of the structure.
