摘 要:将静电传感器技术运用到油液在线监测系统中去,对机械设备的磨损情况进行分析;研究了油液磨粒荷电机制,以及磨粒荷电量的影响因素;提出了一种改进的静电传感器测量模型,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,对影响静电传感器性能的主要因素进行了仿真分析,并对传感器的结构进行了优化设计;研究了磨粒浓度与传感器测量电压之间的关系,运用静电传感器在线监测机械设备润滑油中磨损颗粒的荷电情况,得到设备磨损的监测结果,验证了静电监测方法的有效性。The electrostatic sensor technology was used in the oil on-line monitoring system,and the wear condition of mechanical equipment was studied by the system.The debris' charging process was studied and the factors that affect the charge quantity were analyzed.An improved model of electrostatic sensor was introduced,the main factors that affect the performance of the sensor were discussed using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the structure of the sensor was optimized.Based on the study of the relationship between the measuring voltage of the electrostatic sensor and the concentration of the wear debris,the electrostatic sensor was used to monitor the charged particles in the lubricating oil,the mechanical equipment's monitoring results were obtained,and the validity of the electrostatic method used in oil on-line monitoring was proved.
