摘　　要：新生儿对于疼痛是有意识也是有反应的。未成熟的早产儿和患病的足月儿生后早期经历的反复、多次、持续性致痛操作不仅引起新生儿近期行为、生理的变化，改变创伤激素水平和痛觉敏感性等，也会产生远期影响，重塑神经系统及疼痛系统，形成慢性疼痛综合征，干扰内分泌系统调节，并引起行为、认知、情感障碍等问题。It has become increasingly appreciated that newbom perceive and respond to pain. For immature preterm and illness term neonates, exposing to repeated and prolonged procedure pain can not only have short-term effects, such as behavioral and physiologieal variation or stress hormone and pain sensitization alternation, but also can cause long-term impacts including nervous system and pain system plasticity, chronic-pain-syndrome formation, endocrine modulating interference and behavioral, cognitive or emotional disorders. Here we provide a review about the effects of neonatal pain on health of short-term and long-term, and the mechanism of train is also involved.
