急性左心衰102例院前急救的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性左心衰患者院前急救的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析102例急性左心衰患者的临床资料,其中院前急救组46例,自行就诊患者为对照组56例,比较两组有效救治时间、治疗效果及病死率。结果:院前急救组(甲组)从发病到救治的时间显著早于对照组(乙组)。结论:院前急救可较早改善急性左心衰患者的临床症状,阻止病情继续恶化,并有效降低病死率。Objective：To investigate the methods and clinical diagnosis and treatment of first aid outside hospital in patients with acute left heart failure （ALHF）.Methods：The clinical data of 102 patients with ALHF were analyzed retrospectively.46 patients were treated with first aid outside hospital and 56 patients came to hospital themselves,and compare the difference of two groups with the time from appearing symptom to receiving effective treatment,the effective rate and mortality rate.Results：The time from appearing symptom to receiving treatment of Group A was earlier than Group B.The difference is significantly in statistics.Conclusion：First aid outside hospital may improve the clinical symptom early.It can prevent the condition of disease from deteriorating and reduce the mortality.
