摘　　要：高等院校开展社会主义法治理念教育可以促进和改善高等院校的软环境建设。文章从高等院校开展社会主义法治理念教育对高等院校的管理规范、师生素质、校园文化等方面产生的积极影响进行分析,阐述了高等院校如何开展社会主义法治理念教育的软环境建设。To carry out rule-of-law concept education in institutions of higher learning helps promote and improve the building of their ＂soft＂ environment. With analysis of positive effects of socialist rule-of-law concept education in higher-learning institutions on management regulation, quality of both teachers and students, campus culture and so on, this article expounds how institutions of higher learning should be engaged in building their ＂soft＂ environment through socialist rule-of-law concept education.
