摘　　要：高校管理体制的改革,为构建科学的跨学科研究组织体系提供了良好契机。一些综合性大学正在尝试"学部制"改革,学部成为目前跨学科研究组织体系的有效平台和最高形式。在学部的运行机制中,学术管理职能是核心,学术委员会制是根本,规划、统筹、协调、服务是关键。学部的主要职能体现在学术发展和学科建设方面,并在一定程度上实现学术权力与行政权力的分离。The reform of university management system provides a good opportunity to construct a scientific system of inter-disciplinary research organization.Some comprehensive universities have put ＂faculty＂ system reform into practice.Faculty will become an effective organizational system platform and the highest form of inter-disciplinary research faculty.In the operational mechanism of the faculty,academic management function is the core,academic committee system is fundamental,and planning,comprehensive arrangement,coordination and service are the key.The main functions of faculty should embody in academic development and discipline-building,to a certain extent,to achieve the separation of academic power and administrative power.
