隐匿式切口阴囊根部精索静脉曲张结扎术(附38例报告)

摘　　要：目的探索改良精索静脉曲张(VAC)结扎术方法的效果。方法采用阴囊根部皮纹小切口,应用2～6倍手术显微镜加罂粟碱注射液鉴别动静脉,结扎所有静脉,皮内缝合切口。结果本组38例切口均Ⅰ期愈合,切口瘢痕隐匿。术后6个月随访28例均未见复发,其中随访已婚精子质量异常者13例,精子质量改善者9例,改善率为69.2%。结论隐匿式切口阴囊根部精索静脉结扎术具有一定的学术和临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the modified skills of spermatic vein varicocele. Methods Micro incision was performed along the dematoglyph in the scrotum root. Microscope with 2 to 6 fold and papaverine solution were used to distinguish arteries and vein and all the veins were ligated. The incision was closed with intradermic suture technique. Results Incision of all the 38 cases showed first intention healing; Recurrent was not found in 28 cases during 6 month, following up after operation. The quality of sperm quality was improved in 9 cases of the 13 married cases with abnormal sperm quality before operation. The improvement rate was 69.2%. Conclusion Modified spermatic vein ligation with a hiding incision can be applied as an effective operative method in the treatment of varicocele.
