摘  要:目的:分离制备淫羊藿苷,为箭叶淫羊藿及其制品的质量检测以及箭叶淫羊藿液相色谱指纹图谱的建立奠定了良好的分离分析基础。方法:分析Shim-pack VP ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,柱温:室温,流速:1.0mL·min-1;制备Shim-pack PREP C8(250mm×20mm,15μm,100),流速:5.0mL·min-1,检测波长:270nm,进样量:35mL,柱温室温。结果:反相色谱制备可以一步达到95%以上纯度,梯度分离能更好地将各组分分离。结论:反相高效液相色谱可用于制备箭叶淫羊藿中的淫羊藿苷;梯度分离可用于箭叶淫羊藿及其制品的质量检测。Objective:To prepare icariin with separation,and establish an appropriate separation analysis method for liquid chromatographic fingerprints of Epimedium sagittatum and its products.Method:The analysis was perfnmed with Shim-pack VP ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)at flow rate,column temperature at room temperature,1.0 mL·min-1.The preparation was performed with Shim-pack PREP C8(250 mm×20 mm,15 μm,100)at flow rate 5.0 mL·min-1,sample volume was 35 mL,detecting wavelength was set at 270 nm,and column temperature was room temperature.Results:The preparation of RP-HPLC could make the purity up to 95% with one-step,and the gradient separation also separates each component very well.Conclusion:By using the R P-HPLC,icariin was prepared successfully from Epimedium sagittatum.The gradient separation can be used for testing Epimedium sagittatum and its products.
