摘 要:目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定苍术中茅术醇与β-桉叶醇含量。方法:HP-INNOWax Polyethylene Glycol(30m×0.32mm×0.5μm)石英毛细管柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),以正十五醇为内标物,气化室温度270℃,柱温185℃,氮气为载气,流速25mL.min-1。结果:茅术醇在0.102~0.819μg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),β-桉叶醇在0.098~0.787μg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);茅术醇平均回收率为100.9%(RSD=1.80%),β-桉叶醇平均回收率为99.6%(RSD=1.71%)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于苍术药材及其饮片的质量控制。Objective:To establish gas chromatography method for simultaneous determination of the contents of hinesol and β-eudesmol in Rhizoma atractylodis.Methods:Chromatography conditions:1-Pentadecanol had been used as the internal standard substance in internal standard method;column:HP-INNOWax Polyethylene Glycol(30 m×0.32 mm×0.5 μm);detector:Hydrogen flame ionization detector;injection chamber temperature:270 ℃;column temperature:185 ℃;carrier gas:N2, the flow rate was 25 mL·min-1.Results:The linear range of hinesol was 0.102-0.819 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)and the linear range ofβ-eudesmol was 0.0984-0.787 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9);The average recovery rate of hinesol was 100.9%(RSD=1.80%),the average recovery rate of β-eudesmol was 99.6%(RSD=1.71%).Condusion:This determination method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of the medicinal materials and prepared slices of Rhizoma atractylodis.
