摘 要:目的:研究氯冉酸荷移分光光度法测定阿替洛尔片的含量。方法:在乙醇介质中,阿替洛尔与氯冉酸室温条件下即可形成稳定的1∶1型荷移络合物,在最大吸收波长530nm处测定络合物的吸光度。结果:阿替洛尔药物质量浓度在10~280mg·L-1范围内服从比耳定律,相关系数为0.9999。RSD为0.48%(n=6),回收率为98.8%~102.1%。结论:本法准确、简便、快捷,可用于测定阿替洛尔片的含量。Objective:To determination the content of atenolol in tablets by charge-transfer reaction of atenolol and chloranilic acid.Method:atenolol reacted with chloranilic acid to form stable charge transfer complex that its composition ratio is 1∶1 in ethanol at room temperature and could be determined at 530 nm.Results: Beer′s Law is obeyed in the concentration range of 10-280 mg·L-1 of atenolol and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The relative standard deviation was 0.48%(n=6).The recoveries were 98.8%-102.1%.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and accurate,can be used to the determination of atenolol in its tablets.
