摘　　要：目的:改进中国药典2005年版二部维生素B12有关物质检查的方法。方法:采用不小于2.5的分离度保证系统适用性,流动相为甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液pH3.5(26∶74),检测波长为361nm。结果与结论:新法的实用性、适用性和专属性等较原方法均有明显改善,推荐新版药典收载。Objective：To improve the examine method of related substances for Vitamine B12 in ChP 2005.Method：The resolution of not less than 2.5 was adopted to ensure the system suitability.The mobile phrase consisted of methanol-phosphate buffer solvent pH 3.5 （26∶74）.The detection wavelength was 361 nm.Results and Conclusion：The new examine method was more practicable,applicable and specific,and was recommended to be adopted in the new edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
