摘　　要：Toll样受体是一类重要的模式识别受体,特异地识别病原相关分子模式,在固有免疫应答中和获得性免疫应答中发挥重要的作用。我们讨论了配体和信号传导途径。TLR2和TLR9在短小棒状杆菌的免疫调节中发挥着重要的作用。Toll-like receptors （TLRs）are pattern recognition receptors,which recognize pathogen-associated molecular patterns.Toll-like receptors （TLRs）play central roles in the innate immune response and adaptive immune response by recognizing conserved structural patterns in diverse microbial molecules.Here,we discuss ligand binding and activation mechanisms of the TLR family.TLR2 and TLR9 play an important role in the immunomodulatory effects of Corynebacterium parvum.
