摘　　要：农业科研机构是农业科技创新和农业信息服务的主要载体,是农业信息资源得以有效开发利用、从而使西部农业加快告别自然经济和粗放式增长的动力之一。在借鉴国内外学者研究成果的基础上,聚焦于西部农业科研机构,构建具有针对性的农业科研机构信息资源开发能力评价指标体系,利用层次分析法对西部农业科研机构信息开发现状进行评价。从评价结果来看,要提高西部农业科研机构信息资源开发服务能力,必须提升科研实力、加强科研创新能力、拓宽科技成果推广渠道、提高农业综合信息服务能力。Agriculture institutions are the major carrier of agriculture scientific and technological innovations and agriculture information services.They make agriculture information resources develop and utilize effectively,and they are one of motive powers that make western agriculture deviate from natural economy and extensive improvement.Based on research results of scholars at home and abroad,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of the capacity of information resources development for agriculture institutions,and then uses analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the current situation of information resources development of agriculture institutions in the west area.From the perspective of the result,we should focus on the capacity of scientific researches,the capacity of scientific research innovation and the capacity of comprehensive agriculture information services,and broaden promotion channels of scientific and technological achievements.
