摘　　要：随着公共图书馆事业的发展,建立完善的统计体系,形成准确、系统、可比对、获取方便的权威数据,已成为迫切的现实需要。基于图书馆统计所具有的重要意义和图书馆统计工作中存在的问题,公共图书馆界应提倡统计工作的整体化观念,建立统一的组织管理架构和指标体系,把单个图书馆统计放在统一的组织领导和规范下进行,完善统计制度,实施网络填报,累积统计数据库,建设公共图书馆统计体系。With development of public librarianship,it is necessary to construct perfect statistical system,and to form accurate,systematic,comparable and easily accessed data.Based on the significance of library statistics and for its problems,the public library should emphasize the entirety of library statistics,establish a unified management framework and index system in order to put the single library statistics into the unified organization and standardization,perfect statistical institution,carry out network operation,establish statistical database and public library statistical system.
