摘  要:目的建立通脉口服液中5种活性成分的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC,流动相:A相为甲醇,B相为0.1%冰醋酸;流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:280,320nm。结果咖啡酸、葛根素、阿魏酸、隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA均达到较好的分离,峰型良好,线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为100.13%,100.70%,99.67%,100.38%,100.77%;RSD分别为1.97%,1.33%,2.18%,2.24%,1.23%。结论该方法操作简单,准确,重复性好。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of contents of caffeic acid, puerarin, feruic acid, cryptotanshinone and tanshinonc II A in Tongmai Solution by HPLC. METHODS The sample was determined by HPLC with the mobile phase consisting of methanol (A)-0. 1% aceti cacid (B), in a gradient manner. The detection wawclength was at 280 and 320 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. RESULTS The five effective components were detected by this method. The linearities of caffeic acid, pnerarin, ferulic acid, cryptotanshinone and tanshinone II A were good. The average recoveries were 100. 13% , 100. 70% , 99.67% , 100. 38% and 100. 77% with the RSD of 1.97% , 1.33% ,2. 18% ,2. 24% and 1.23%. CONCLUSION The method was simple, accurate and producible.
