摘　　要：基于国家信息化建设与发展,结合信息管理与信息系统专业的学科特点,针对应用型本科人才培养目标和培养规格,提出人才培养的知识、能力、素质为一体的教育体系,构建信息管理与信息系统专业高级应用型人才的培养模式,在教学实践中取得了显著效果,学生的专业技能应用能力和综合素质等方面明显提高。With the development of national information Infrastructure and in accordance with the characteristics of information management and information system, the authors put forward a comprehensive education system which considers knowledge, capability and quality as a whole and aims at building a new training pattern for the advanced applied undergraduate majored in information management and information system. The system has achieved great success and helped the students improve their capability and comprehensive quail tv.
