摘　　要：为流动人群提供均等图书馆服务是建立在文献资源有效配置与科学保障的基础之上。本文从文献资源配置与保障角度出发,在调查研究基础上发现目前我国基于流动人群的图书馆文献资源配置与保障存在着一些问题,并就这些问题提出了具体的文献资源配置与保障的原则、策略。Public library providing for the floating population with universal and equal services is based on the valid allocation and scientific insurance of document resources. Through investigation and study, this paper finds out there exist some problems in this field, then puts forward some specific suggestions and strategies aiming at the above problems.
