摘　　要：为了有效地节约资金,避免盲目投资、重复建设的情况,充分发挥高校图书馆和公共图书馆各自优势,本文从系统设计和实现的角度,构建了一个高校图书馆与公共图书馆服务体系的资源共享平台。它为双方信息资源整合和共建共享提供了一个数字化基础,同时也为高校图书馆与公共图书馆服务体系的联合共建的顺利进行提供了保障。In order to save fund effectively, avoid the blindness in investment and duplication of the projects, and make full use of respective advantages of both university libraries and public libraries, from the perspective of system design and implementation, a resource-sharing platform is built for union service system of university libraries and public libraries. It provides not only a digital basis for both information resources integrating and sharing, but also a guarantee for joint establishment of the university library and public library service system.
