摘　　要：当前图书馆的科技查新服务日益受到重视,范围不断扩大,亟需建立科学完备的质量评价体系。在提出科技查新质量评价指标体系构建的基本思路和原则的基础上,认为评价指标必须涵盖基本要素评价、工作流程及服务成果评价和工作效果评价三大部分,在此基础上提出了完整的科技查新工作质量评价指标体系。This paper discussed the architecture and principles of the sc-tech novelty retrieval quality evaluation index system, thought that it should include three parts, the evaluation of basic factor, the evaluation of procession and production, the evaluation of effect, and finally put forward a complete quality evaluation index system.
