摘 要:本文应用SDH酶组化技术,对E14、E16、E18、E20d及新生鼠小脑组织进行了细胞组织化学观察,并对结果作显微图像分析,对所得数据作统计学处理。结果表明胚胎第16天及新生鼠的小脑SDH含量有显著性增加。Cerebellum of newborn rats and embryos of 14, 16, 18, and 20 day′s gestational age was studied by method of SDH enzyme histochemistry. Sections were analysed by micro image analyzer. The result showed that the increase in SDH content at E16 and newborn rats was significant statistically comparied with that of control (P<0.01). The relationship between SDH activity and selection of best fetal age of transplant was also discussed.
