抑抗灵片治疗免疫性不育的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察抑抗灵片治疗免疫性不育的疗效。方法：应用复方中药抑抗灵治疗抗精子抗体（AsAb）、抗子宫内膜抗体（EMAb）阳性所致免疫性不育（孕）症，服用1～3个疗程。结果：男性血清、精浆AsAb阳性者治疗1个疗程（1．5个月）转阴率分别为56．5％和36．8％；治疗2个疗程后分别为88．7％和76．3％；治疗3个疗程转阴率分别可达92％和89．3％；女性血清、宫颈粘液AsAb阳性者治疗1个疗程转阴率分别可达92．2％和90．4％，治疗2个疗程后分别为98％、96．8％；血清、宫颈粘液EMAb阳性者治疗转阴率．1个疗程分别为94．7％和85．7％，2个疗程后分别为99％和95．2％；治疗3个疗程后转阴率可达99．0％和97．6％。经不完全反馈．AsAb、EMAb阳性不育（孕）夫妇经抑抗灵片治疗后．妊娠率达52％～65％结论：抑抗灵对AsAb、EMAb所致兔疫性不育（孕）有显著疗效。Objective: To evaluate the effect of Yi Kang Ling tablets in curing the immunologic infertility patients. Methods: Immunologic infertility patients caused by AsAb and EMAb were cured with Yi Kang Ling,a kind of chinese medicine complex through one to three therapeutic courses. Results: Negative rates of AsAb in serum and sperm plasma of AsAb positive patients were 56. 6% and 36.8% respectively after one therapeutic course (1.5 months), 88.7% and 76.3% respectively after two courses, 92% and 89.3% respectively three courses later. In serum and cervical mucus of AsAb positive female patients, negative rates were 92.2%,and 90.4% after one course, 98% and 96.8 after two courses. While in AMAb positive female patients, negative rates of EMAb in serum and cervical mucus were 94.7% and 85.7%, 99% and 95.2%,99.0% and 97.6% after 1,2 and 3 therapeutic courses respectively. After incomplete investigation, gestation rates of infertile couples caused by AsAb and EMAb were 52%-65% after use of Yi Kang Ling tablets. Conclusions: Yi Kang Ling is very effective to cure immunologlc infertilities caused by AsAb and EMAb.
