超声导向自动活检术的实验及临床应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导自动活检术(USGAB)的应用价值。材料和方法:应用USGAB对169例病毒性肝炎及肝硬化患者进行肝组织活检,并与抽吸活检法在离体猪肝及苹果上进行实验取材比较。结果:临床应用USGAB总成功率98.8％,取材标本满意度达佳者92.9％;自动活检法实验取材成功率及标本质量高于抽吸法,差异有显著性。结论:超声引导自动活检术受操作者经验等因素影响小,具有取材成功率及取材质量高、安全,并发症少、技术简单方便,易掌握等优点,值得推广应用。Purpose: To evaluate the value of ultrasound-duided automatic biopsies (USGAB) in liver. Materials and methods: USGAB were performed in 169 cases clinically and compared with aspiration biopsies experimentally in pig liver in vitro and apple. Results: The overall successful rate of bopsies was 98. 8%: The specimen with high quality which provided sufficient specimens accounted for 92. 9%. Experimentally, the success rate of sampling and the quality of specimens obtained by automatic biopsies were higher than that of group with aspiration biopsies, and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: USGAB is an accurate, sampling-reliable, safe and simple biopsy method which is seldom interfered with factors such as biopsy experience of the operator. It deserves further and wide clinical applications.
