摘  要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT尿路成像(MSCTU)对原发性肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻(UPJO)原因的诊断价值。资料与方法52例UPJO患者经MSCT扫描CTA、CTU重组后,对引起梗阻的原因做出分析,再与手术探查结果进行对比。结果52例患者共54处UPJO,CT怀疑39处为肾盂输尿管狭窄,14处为迷走血管压迫所致,1处为肾盂输尿管连接部息肉。所有患者均行手术,影像结果与手术病理相一致。结论MSCT扫描和重组可作为原发性UPJO术前评估的重要和常规方法,以指导手术。Objective To study the diagnostic value of MSCT in the reasons of primary ureteropelvic junction obstruction.Materials and Methods 52 patients with ureteropelvic junction obstruction were included in this study.MSCT features were analyzed and compared with surgery and pathology.Results 54 sites of primary ureteropelvic junction obstruction were detected on MSCT.39 lesions were ureteropelvic junction stenosis and 14 lesions were stenosis caused by aberrant vessels.CT features were in accord with surgery findings.Conclusion MSCT is an effective method for evaluating the reasons of primary ureteropelvic junction obstruction and helpful for guiding the clinical therapy.
