摘 要:应用自制心外膜接触电极记录心肌细胞群单相动作电位(MAP)新技术,观察11只兔急性心肌缺血前后与5只幼犬改变细胞外Ca^(2+)、Na^+浓度以及脂布福吉宁中毒前后,MAP各项指标的变化。结果表明,在上述条件下,MAP与离体心肌细胞跨膜动作电位有相似的变化。提示MAP技术是研究在体心脏急性心肌缺血、细胞外离子浓度变化以及心律失常时有价值的可靠的电生理学技术。The parameter changes of the monophasic action potential were studied by using self-made epicardial contact electrode during and after acute cardiac ischemia in eleven rabbits and changing extracellular Ca^(2+), Na^+ concentration and before and after resibufogenin in toxication in five young dogs. The results showed that the changes of the monophasic action potential in the heart in uuo were closely resemble to that in the transmembrane action potential in cardiac fiber in ■ro under conditions indicated above. This study suggested that the monophasic action potential technique is a reliable valuable method in studying electrophysiological properties of acute cardiac ischemia, change of extracellular ion concentraction and arrhythmias.
