摘 要:目的建立复方公英片中板蓝根、蒲公英的薄层鉴别方法及板蓝根中腺苷的高效液相含量测定方法。方法采用Agilent C18色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.5%三乙胺溶液(8∶92);流速为1.0mL.min-1;检测波长为260nm;柱温为25℃。结果腺苷在1.021~30.63μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9994,平均回收率96.48%,RSD为1.18%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便,重复性好,结果准确可靠,适用于该药的质量控制。Objective To identify Radix Isatidis and Herba Taraxaci by TLC method and to determine adenosine in Fufanggongying Tablets by HPLC.Methods Using Agilent C18 column,methanol-0.5% triethylamine(8∶92) was mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The detectve wavelength was 260nm and the column temperature was 25℃.Results The linear range of adenosine was 1.021~30.63μg(r=0.9994).The average recovery rate was 96.48% with RSD as 1.18%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used in the quality control of crude drug.
