摘 要:应用傅里叶变换近红外(FT-NIR)光谱分析技术结合偏最小二乘法(PLS),建立了卷烟纸中钙和镁含量的数学预测模型。结果表明:钙和镁模型的相关系数分别为0.9870和0.9851,内部交叉验证均方差为0.462和0.0082,近红外光谱法预测值与原子吸收光谱法测定值的平均相对偏差各为3.1%和7.4%。该方法简便、快速、不破坏样品,可用于大批量卷烟纸样品中钙和镁的快速测定。A mathematical prediction model for FT-NIRS determination of Ca and Mg in cigarette paper was established by using the algorithm of PLS. As shown by the experimental results, values of correlation coefficients of the models for Ca and Mg found were 0. 987 0 and 0. 985 1 respectively, and values of root of mean square errors of cross validation (RMSECV) found were 0. 462 (for Ca) and 0. 008 2 (for Mg). Values of average relative deviation between the predicted values by FT-NIRS and the determined values found by FAAS for Ca and Mg were 3. 1% and 7. 4% respectively. It was found that the proposed method was non-destructive to sample and feasible to be used for rapid analysis of lots of samples.
