摘　　要：对近二十年来国内外有关水杨酸为捕捉剂的羟基自由基的测定方法,包括高效液相色谱法及其联用法、比色法、气相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱法、液相色谱-质谱法等进行了综述,引用文献25篇。A review on the progress of application of salicylic acid to the determination of hydroxyl free radical was presented, relating mainly on topics of HPLC and its＇ hyphenation techniques, Colorimetry, GC, GC-MS, LC- MS etc （25 ref. cited）.
