摘　　要：本文分析和对比了矿区土地复垦保证金制度的国内外实践现状和研究进展,研究结果表明:与国外相比,我国的矿区土地复垦保证金制度存在很多问题,研究还处于"初级"阶段,应从征收标准、测算方法、形式、返还、公众参与等方面,加强对矿区土地复垦保证金制度的理论研究,并在实践上对其进行完善。This paper contrasts and analyzes the practice actuality and research progress of the mine land reclamation bond system at home and abroad to find out the insufficiency of our country.The results show that compared to foreign countries,there are many problems in the practice of our country and the research is still in the elementary stage.The conclusion drawn is that the research of the collection criterion,calculation method,forms,refund and public participation of the mine land reclamation bond system in our country must be enhanced and the practice of those aspects must be improved.
