摘　　要：目的探讨蒙古族人群高血压患者血浆肾素活性(PRA)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)与缺血性心电图的关系。方法在蒙古族人群高血压现况调查的基础上,对468例高血压患者进行心电图检查、PRA和AngⅡ的检测;采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果缺血性心电图表现组的PRA 1.37 ng/(mL.h)低于非缺血性心电图表现组1.38 ng/(mL.h),但差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。缺血性心电图表现组的Ang Ⅱ(51.3 pg/mL)低于非缺血性心电图表现组(53.0 pg/mL),但差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析,各PRA和AngⅡ水平对缺血性心电图表现的OR值差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论在高血压患者中,PRA和AngⅡ水平与缺血性心电图表现均无关联。Objective To explore the relationship between plasma rennin activity（PRA）,angiotensin Ⅱ（Ang Ⅱ）and ischemic electrocardiogram manifestation（IEM）among hypertensives.Methods Based on a cross-sectional study on hypertension,electrocardiogram examination was conducted among a Monglian population.PRA and Ang Ⅱ were tested for 468 patients with hypertension.SPSS 13.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results There was no significant difference in PRA and Ang Ⅱ levels between subjects with IEM and normal EM（PRA：1.37 vs 1.38 ng/mL·h;Ang II：51.3 vs 53.0 pg/mL,P0.05）.The multivariate logistic analysis showed that the odds ratios of PRA and Ang Ⅱ levels for IEM were not significant（P0.05）among the subjects.Conclusion The levels of PRA and Ang Ⅱ are not associated with IEM among patients with hypertension.
