宁夏回族自治区职工体重与血压血糖血脂关系

摘　　要：目的了解宁夏回族自治区机关及企、事业单位体检人员中超重、肥胖、中心性肥胖的流行现状及相关危险因素,探讨其与血压、血糖、血脂水平的关系。方法选择定期至宁夏医科大学附属医院进行健康检查的银川、银南、银北地区机关及企、事业单位的职工作为调查对象,进行问卷调查、体格检查及实验室检查。结果共调查2 224人,调查人群超重率、肥胖率、中心性肥胖率分别为35.9%,9.67%,46.67%;男性患病率均高于女性(P<0.01);超重和肥胖组人群高血压、高血糖、血脂异常率均高于体重正常组;中心性肥胖者高血压、高血糖、血脂异常率均高于腰围正常者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);高血压和高血压糖的发生随年龄增长呈上升趋势;多因素Logistic逐步回归分析显示,性别、年龄、饮酒、高血压、血脂异常与肥胖有密切关系(OR值分别为3.015,1.093,1.304,2.892,2.880,P均<0.05)。结论宁夏职业人群超重率、肥胖率已处于较高水平。Objective To explore the prevalence and related factors of overweight,obesity and central obesity in an occupational population of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Regions,and to discuss the relationship between overweight,obesity and blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid.Methods With cluster sampling method,workers taking routine health check-up were selected from Yinchuan,Yinnan,Yinbei cities of Ningxia.Questionnaire survey,physical examination,and laboratory test were conducted in the participants.Results Totally 2 224 people were interviewed and physically measured.The prevalence rate of overweight,obesity and central obesity was 35.39%,9.67%,46.57%,respectively.The rates of the male were obviosly higher than those of the female（P0.01）.The prevalence rate of hypertension,hyperglycemia,and abnormal blood lipid of the overweight and obesity group were higher than those of the normal weight group.And those rates of the central obesity group were higher than those of the normal waist circumference group with a significant difference between the two guoups（P0.01）.The rates of hypertension and hyperglycemia increased with the rise of age.The results of logistic regression analysis showed that overweight and obesity were closely related to age,gender,alcohol drinking,hypertension and abnormal blood lipid with the OR values of 3.015,1.093,1.304,2.892,2.880,respectively（P0.05 for all）.Conclusion High prevalences of overweight and obesity present in the occupational population of Ningxia.Obesity and overweight,especially central obesity are important risk factors for the development of hypertension,hyperglycenia and abnormal blood lipid.
