摘 要:目的探讨碘过量对实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(Experiment autoimmune thyroiditis,EAT)大鼠血脂的影响及不同硒水平的干预作用。方法雌性Lewis大鼠随机分为对照、造模、造模+高碘补硒、造模+高碘适硒、造模+高碘低硒组。猪甲状腺球蛋白免疫建立EAT模型。检查大鼠甲状腺病理改变,测定各组甲状腺自身抗体、甲状腺激素及血脂水平。结果各组甲状腺自身抗体及甲状腺激素水平均明显高于对照组;造模组甘油三酯(TG)水平(1.09±0.29)mmol/L明显低于对照组(1.93±0.59)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平(1.23±0.12)mmol/L则明显高于对照组(0.93±0.21)mmol/L;造模+高碘适硒组总胆固醇(TC)水平(2.36±0.24)mmol/L及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平(0.92±0.21)mmol/L均明显低于造模组(2.87±0.10),(1.42±0.15)mmol/L;相同高碘水平下,血脂水平随着补硒量的减少呈上升趋势。结论大鼠在EAT及碘过量伴EAT时有血脂代谢紊乱,相同高碘水平下低硒时加重甲状腺的炎症破坏并伴有血脂的升高。Objective To research the effects of iodine excess on serum lipid of rats with experiment autoimmune thyroiditis(EAT) and the interventive effect of different concentrations of selenium.Methods Female Lewis rats were divided into five groups at random:control group,model group,model and excess iodine plus selenium group,model and excess iodine group,model and excess iodine plus low selenium group.The rats were immuned with pig thyroglobulin to establish EAT model.The pathological changes of thyroid gland were observed and the levels of thyroid autoantibody,thyroid hormone and serum lipids in each group were detected.Results The levels of thyroid autoantibodies and thyroid hormones in all model groups were much higher than those of control group.The level of triglyceride in model group was lower than that of control group(1.09±0.29 vs 1.93±0.59mmol/L).But high density lipo-protein cholesterol in model group was higher than that of control group(1.23±0.12 vs 0.93±0.21).Compared with model group,th levels of total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased in model and excess iodine group(2.36±0.24,0.92±0.21 vs 2.87±0.10,1.42±0.15mmol/L).For rats fed with different levels of selenium,the levels of serum lipids were decreased with the decrease of selenium in the diet.Conclusion There is an abnormal lipids metablism in EAT rats and EAT rats with excessive iodine.Low selenium could increase the adverse effect of thyroiditis and increase the level of lipids under the same high iodine level.
