摘　　要：文化兴体是培育人本位的体育思想文化、制度文化和操作文化,增强国家体育软实力,抵制体育异化,促进政府、市场、社团三者共同"治理"国家体育,建设体育强国的战略抉择。Flourishing sports by promoting culture is a strategic choice for us to cultivate the culture of sports idea,system and operation,increase the soft power of national sport,resist the sports alienation,advance the public-private partnership among the government,market and communication,so as to build sport power.
