摘 要:目的:探讨不同训练方式对大鼠腓肠肌p53和IL-6的影响。方法:21只大鼠随机分为3组,即安静组(C,n=7),耐力训练组(E,n=7),间歇性冲刺训练组(S,n=7)。耐力训练组和间歇性冲刺训练组进行跑台训练8周;末次训练后24~48 h内,各组大鼠安静状态断颈处死,取腓肠肌。采用Elisa法分别测定腓肠肌中p53和IL-6水平。结果:1)E组(P〈0.05)和S组(P〈0.01)腓肠肌p53蛋白表达显著低于C组。2)E,S组腓肠肌IL-6表达与C组相比无显著性差异。结论:冲刺训练和耐力训练对P53的表达产生下调作用,在一定程度上可延缓骨骼肌衰老,同时间歇性运动效果更明显;而不同训练方式对IL-6的表达并未见有显著影响。Objective: To investigate the effects of different exercise modes on p53 and IL-6 in rats'gastrocnemius muscle.Methods:Twenty-one male SD rats arerandomly and equally divided into three groups: control group(C,n=7),endurance exercise group(E,n=7),and intermittent strenuous exercise group(S,n=7).The rats are sampled after 8-week exercise training.Between 24h and 48h after the last training,the rats are killed,gastrocnemius muscle are excised quickly for ELISA.Results: 1) The P53 expression of gastrocnemius muscle is downregulated significantly in E(p0.05) and S(p0.01) group;2) The IL-6 expression of gastrocnemius muscle has no significant change in E and S group.Conclusion: The effects of endurance mode and intermittent strenuous mode exercise on p53 can delay aging of muscle;But the connection between the expression of IL-6 and different exercise modes is not clear yet.
